Mike Kotarski

Mike has 19 years of experience in A&D. He has held leadership roles in Finance, Business Development, Strategy and M&A at Exelis, Engility and General Dynamics and was a Managing Director at Avascent and CSP Associates. Prior to industry, Mike played professional baseball with the Colorado Rockies and New York Yankees.  Mike has a BA from Duke and MBA from Babson.

Matt Candy

Matt has over 20 years of experience in A&D.  He has led Corporate Development at General Dynamics and ManTech, has supported 40 successful M&A transactions and led the integration of 12 different companies.  Prior to industry, Matt was a US Naval Flight Officer, ISR Mission Commander and collegiate swimmer. Matt has a BS from RIT and MBA from Babson.
